Duration: 02 Months
Purpose:
Under the general supervision of Chief of Operations, the consultant will be responsible to develop new features and maintain software systems for Unicef Sri Lanka.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
– Develop new features as per the given specifications.
– Maintenance of the systems, analysis and implementation of change request
– Troubleshoot and rectify issues reported.
– Develop comprehensive user guides.
Minimum Qualifications / Experience:
– University degree or higher diploma in information technology
– Minimum three years (03) experience in software development
– Minimum one year (01) working experience in PHP / MySQL platform
Language Proficiency:
Fluency in both oral and written ENglish and one Local Language (Sinhala and Tamil) required.
Skills and Competencies:
– Good analytical skills
– Strong skills in system development and web based technologies
– Demonstrated behavior of professional and personal ethics
– Demonstrated capacity to work both independently and as part of a team
– Good judgment combined with a proactive and energetic approach to problem solving
