To Initiate and sustain OD interventions , develop standardized road maps for their implementation.
To revisit and revise existing HR policies.
To supervise administrative issues.
12-15 years of experience including 5 years in senior managerial level and preferably 1 year at corporate level. Exposure to manufacturing HR, legal compliance are required. Knowledge of Qualilty Systems Audit exposure government rules/ SEZ work culture etc.
