Job Description:
Construction Manager
Oversee total construction effort to ensure project is constructed according to design, budget, and schedule. Plan, coordinate, and/or supervise activities of all personnel.
Authorize project transactions, and ensure project policies are adhered to.
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree & 8 years’ experience in building construction industry working on major projects and/or tall buildings.
– Ability to supervise, coordinate, and monitor construction process.
– Previous overseas experience preferable.
Contracts Manager
Supports Manager of BD and General Manager by facilitating the execution of contracts and agreements.
Responsible for review of all legal matters received by project site, and works closely with internal staff and outside counsel in resolving all legal matters.
Responsible for follow up on status reports for management and project staff, and provide monitoring and advice as needed.
Requirements:
Law degree & minimum of 8 years active practice in handling claims and litigation in a construction setting. Previous overseas experience preferable.
Design Manager
Manages & supervises at a project level for all design coordination procedures.
Participates heavily in pre-construction services. Conducts thorough design reviews. Prepares a designer checklist, and major material/equipment purchases and assists in the purchasing process.
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree & 8 years’ experience in building construction industry working on major projects and/or tall buildings.
– Ability to supervise, coordinate, and monitor design process.
– Previous overseas experience preferable.
Project Manager
Plan, coordinate, direct and supervise personnel, subcontractors, and vendors engaged on project ensuring they complete work on time, within budget, and to the quality specified.
Maintain Quality Assurance and Control. Establish and monitor administrative procedures for the project.
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree & 8 years’ experience in building construction industry working on major projects and/or tall buildings.
– Ability to supervise, coordinate, and monitor construction process.
– Previous overseas experience preferable.
Superintendent
– Plan & review project work.
– Provide input on jobsite logistics, organization, plant layout, equipment, and manpower utilization.
– Prepare work schedules and keep them updated. Assist in scheduling and expediting delivery of materials & equipment for timely on-site delivery.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree & 8 years’ experience in building construction industry working on major projects and/or tall buildings.
Previous overseas experience preferable.
