Job Description:

• Detailed study of tender enquiry document.
• Visiting sites for getting project idea
• Design & Detailed Engineering Of Control & Instrumentation Scheme.
• Studying P&ID, Instrument Hook Up , Control Loop , Control Logic, Instrumentation Index, Specification Sheets, etc.
• Programming PLCs in different locations of the make Seimens.

• SCADA /HMI System development for the master control room
Software using WINCC V7.0 SP2
• Devolepment of the communication network between PLC and SCADA.
• Wincc / Webnagataor is used for the sever .
• Commissioning of SCADA(Seimens) including all communication instrumentation sytem.
• Design, Supply, Delivery, Erection, Testing and Commissioning of ultra sonic Level Transmitter if the make Seimens
• Design, Supply,Delivery,Erection,Testing and commissioning of Piezoresistive type Pressure Transmitter of the make Seimens.
• Design, Sypply, Delivery,Erection, Testing and Commissioning of Magnetic Flow Transmitter of the make Endress+Hauser.
• Design, Supply, Delivery,Erection, Testing and Commissioning of Flow measurement system wolt man model with removal mechanism water meters of the make Zener
• Supply and Delivery of connectivity and to and fro data transfer from centralized pump house monitoring data base server system and RTU/PLC panels including Supply, delivery and fixing of all control instrumentation and communication cables required for estiablishing SCADA system network.
• Supply, Delivery, Erection, Testing and Commissioning of the following at Master Control Room at Treatment Plant site with necessary communication, hard wares and Soft wares, SCADA Monitoring .
• Supply, Delivery and fixing of Motor ready, run, trip monitoring interface with all accessories using the VFD and relay logic diagrams.
• Design, Supply, Delivery, Erection, Testing and Commissioning of TURBIDITY MEASUREMENT SYSTEM, online Turbidity meter consisting of Turbidity detector assembly, Turbidity transmitter, Digital Turbidity indicator.
• Design, Supply, Delivery, Erection, Testing and Commissioning of RESIDUAL CHLORINE MONITORING SYSTEM, online Residual Chlorine meter consisting of Residual Chlorine transducer, sub immersible Residual chlorine sensor
• Design, Supply, Delivery, Erection, Testing and commissioning of suitable capacity Uninterrupted Power Supply systems for 240 V/AC /50 HZ.
• Centralized monitoring database server to collection data from all the telemetry points and having provision to collect datas up to the tail end points in future
• The communication purpose using the broadband of the Vodafone and GPRS system of Aircel.
• Preparation of operation and maintenance manual for each and every component including all hardware’s and software’s and communication system used in the Telemetry system and training the personals in monitoring in the SCADA system effectively with tools.
• Preparing bill of material.
• Floating enquiries to various vendors.
• Getting offers from vendors.
• Techno-commercial discussion with vendors & clients.
• Instrument selection & datasheets preparation.
• Getting best prices from vendors.
• Preparation of Bids and timely submission to client/consultant
• Estimation of Project Cost including Work Hours estimate.
• Preparation of Total Documentation related to Project.
• Visit to customer site whenever necessary.
• Attending Pre-bid meetings and technical discussions with consultants and client.
