Young An is the world best Headwear manufacturing company which mother company exist in Korea. The Sri Lanlan factories are established since 1988 in BOI Export Processing Zones in Maiwatta & Biyagama. We are searching experienced individuals for vacancies in our both facilities.
Merchandiser – Malwatta
• Handling accounts of Buyers – relevant mails & customer inquiries
• Order & Sample handling : Receipt of order from Buyer ( making necessary documents add order )
• Making work order sheets sample and main order of above buyers upon receipt of the orders
• Checking samples, maintaining sample status and dispatching samples
• Checking the material and order progress
• Making and maintaining order status
• Correspondence handling : with buyer & factory
• Making and maintaining Dr/Cr & Claim status
• Checking the payments
• Making Claim Status of all buyers
• Maintaining sample pricing through YA-Hong Kong
• Age between 20-30
Office Coordinator – Biyagama
• Excellent oral & written communication skill in English language and Chinese language
• Excellent typing skill in Chinese language
• Computer literacy with high proficiency in MS office
• Excellent interpersonal skill & coordination skill
• Age between 20 -30
Experience:
You must have minimum 01-02 years experience in similar capacity (preferably in the CAP manufacturing company, RMG/Textile sector would be added an extra advantage).
You need to possess excellent communication, Very high fluency in spoken and written English, Excellent in giving presentation using power point. Degree will be an added advantage.
The selected candidate will receive a negotiable remuneration package in keeping with market standard.
