– Assists manager with job analysis & development of position for approval prier to recruitment.
– To enable strategic alignment of Human Resource practices.
– Accuracy in HRIS data any point on time.
– Employee Grievance handling.
– Able to handle IR at site including negotiation with Unions and other stake holders.
– Responsible for HR functions, policies , employee relation, statutory requirements.
