Job Description:
The candidate needs to be a team player, should have handled minimum team of 4-5 people.
The desired candidate needs to be pref from Telecom industry
– Controlling, managing and directing the activities of the Legal function.
– Handling Legal Documentation, Contract Negotiation and Legal Compliance
– Contract negotiation and contract management with various customers
– Briefing to Lawyers, solicitors of the Company on various matters relating to Sales Tax, Stamp Duty, DOT & TRAI Regulations, Writ Petitions before various High Courts.
– Drafting and vetting of various Agreements i.e. Marketing Agreements, VAS Agreement, Inter-connection Agreement, Distributorship, Franchisee, Cell Site, Agency Appointment etc., Call Centre, CPV Agency. &bull Contract Negotiation and drafting & vetting of agreements with various Vendors. &bull Managing and co-coordinating the company approach towards litigation other proceedings to which the company is party or potentially party
– Liasoning with Govt authorities viz VTM etc for all kind of issues and clarifications.
