Job Description:
Should be a first class law graduate from any reputed university with 20 years experience in the corporate sector. Should have in depth knowledge in corporate laws. Should have dealt with the cases in lower, higher and apex courts. Should have excellent communication skills and computer savvy.
Attending to the contractual litigations before lower as well as high courts, both civil and criminal proceedings, arbitration proceedings including briefing of external counsels.
Preparing case opinion, settling plaits, written statements, writ petitions etc.
Drafting and wetting of various agreements such as joint venture/sub contract agreements, MOUs etc.
Analysing the legal risk factors in tenders/bids/contracts agreements and advising the business divisions on legal remedies.
Conducting exhaustive search on case law and keep abreast of latest amendments to relevant laws, tracking legislations, analysing trends and assessing future trends.
