We are looking for a:
Executive Assistant Manager – Food & Beverage
The ideal candidate will be between 30 — 40 years of age and possess a Degree / Diploma related to F&B operations from a reputed Hotel School. He will also carry a minimum of 05 years’ experience as a Restaurant & Bar Manager in a reputed ‘5 star Hotel’. A good command of the English language, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, computer literacy and the ability to work with a team are essential skills for this position.
The core responsibilities are:
• Assist the Director F&B in carrying out F& B operations in the Hotel.
• Handle all F&B / banquet related operations pertaining to the outlets in the Hotel.
• Increase revenue in the outlets.
• Maintain F&B related records / documents and attend to day—to-day administration of the Department.
• Lead a dedicated team and improve the services and guest relations in the outlets.
