Following vacancy is existing in our Regional Compliance Office (Sri Lanka, India, Bangladesh & China) located within Nor Lanka Manufacturing Limited at Wattala.
Ethical Compliance Auditor
Job Summary:
To ensure our Primary & Secondary Supply chain Partners, are Ethically compliant and that they are in line with the Best Practices of the PDS Multinational Group and its customers.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
• Schedule Internal PDS Ethical Pre-Audits, according to priority of expiry status, or new Supply Chain Partner being brought on board
• Conduct Internal PDS Ethical Pre-Audits following the Checklist tool for consistency
• Update accurate data to the: ‘Master Approved Factory List by Customer, and manage the 3rd party audit status to ensure the respective Supply Chain Partner has a valid and approved audit.
• Conduct training seminars/workshops with our Supply Chain Partners to develop and drive their knowledge on: Fire Safety, Fire training, First Aid, Enviromnent Management System and ETI base code.
• Implement any changes in: Local Law & Regulation, and also Customer requirements when applicable
• Any other special projects as assigned by the management as and when necessary

• 5 years of experience in a similar capacity including Social Compliance & CT-PAT work experience within the Apparel Industry supplying to UK, European and USA Customers.
• Experience of WRAP certification, BSCI/SMETA audits preferred.
• Technical Compliance, Product Safety, Quality Management System – experience would be considered as an advantage.
