Our production operation which is controlled with several quality certification systems serves to elite clientele in European markets. In order to cater to the enhanced market volume, our Colombo & Wariyapola factory needs immediate recruitment of following staff.
Assistant Manager // Executive – Human Resources
Job Role:
• Handling administrative functions & manpower planning, recruitment & selection process in factories.
• Preparing employee personal files, drafting job descriptions.
• Preparing salaries , EPF, ETF, PAYE & gratuity payments
• Monitor employee attendance, leave and prepare reports requested by management.
• Maintain employee discipline within the factory.
• Handling employee grievances.
• Coordinate & follow up factory staff uniforms, & welfare matters.
• Liaise with labour department and other institutes for job related matters.
The individual should have:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management or professional qualification in Human Resources Management (IPM/NIBM)
• With a minimum of 02 or 03 years working experience in similar position in manufacturing organization.
• Strong team player with the ability work on long hours.
• Preferred age between 23 — 45
