– 3-5 years experience designing web sites, banner advertising and/or direct marketing emails
– Exceptional typography, color and layout skills
– High proficiency with Photoshop, HTML and CSS
– Understanding of creative production cycles, strategies and concepts
– Experience building landing pages that drive user registration
– Exceptional communication skills and strong ability to closely follow art direction
– Solid project management skills
– Understanding of JavaScript preferred
– Flash skills a plus
– Online portfolio with project references required and will be requested following resume review
