Responsibilities:

Lead a team of great technical professionals that work hard but have fun and enjoy developing state of the art product-based applications and websites.
– Distill business requirements into focused, understandable web application deliverables.
– Design and articulate application design drivers effectively.
– Be able to recognize the best application ideas and be willing to negotiate for the best overall project outcome.
– Write and manage program and system-level documentation for technical team members {internal and external}.
– Construct and support integrations that are easy to manage, maintain, customize and configure ensure overall reliability, availability, and high-performance code.
– Incorporate usability findings and heuristics as applicable into in-flight designs.
– Analyze system issues and problems and implement solutions rapidly.
– Manage multiple projects simultaneously varying in sizes and scope, effectively communicating and providing guidance to all developers.
– Work in a fast-paced cross-functional team environment.
– Effectively handle time-critical issue and appropriately escalate at-risk items.

Qualifications:

– Experience translating business and systems requirements into web-based deliverables.
– Excellent written and spoken communication ss.
– Excellent organizational and attention to detail.
– Knowledge of Web 2.0 Standards.
– Working knowledge of XHTML/HTML, PHP, CSS, XML, Java Script {jQuery}, json objects, AJAX functionality and client side validation required.
– Hands on experience on Z Framework {or similar} Knowledge of using version control software such as SVN will be preferable.
– Experience in either Mobile application or Data Integration with other apps would be preferred. 6+ years of demonstrable hands-on work in web-based application development experiences in a professional environment, including interaction design for dynamic, data-driven applications {not just brochureware} delivered via the web, or the equivalent.
