Manager IT
Responsibilities:
• Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of information systems
• Directs technological research by studying organization goals, strategies, practices, and user projects
• Verifies and provides MIS reports as per internal and external requirements
• Provide Customer Support and Customer Relationship Management and maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards
• Manage ISO certification
• Manage the team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Qualifications:
• Degree or equivalent experience with systems engineering certifications
• 7-8 years of experience in the industry
• Networks and systems security. Enterprise level network/system security experience is valuable
Competencies:
• Strong communication skills, Customer handling skills, Coordinating different teams, Time Management and Problem solving are required
Executive IT
Responsibilities:
• Managing and maintenance of Hardware equipment
• Provide Customer Support and Customer Relationship Management and maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards
• Resolve service impacting technical issues in a timely manner
• Windows Server administration, Linux/Unix administration, Shell scripting, MS Excel/Macro reporting and skills in SQL
• Other divisional support on Mobile Marketing and VAS activities
Qualifications
• A professional qualification in IT (Diploma/ Bachelors in MIS)
• Should have minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in ICT
