Head of Human Resources // Senior HR Manager

We are looking for an experienced HR professional with a proven track record, who can spearhead the strategic and operational HR activities of the company.

Key responsibilities would encompass all aspects of human resource management and development functions including;:

• Initiating and organizing employee engagement and motivational programs.
• Developing, implementing and monitoring HR policies, procedures and systems.
• Maintaining sound employee relations by addressing grievances.
• Identifying manpower requirements and organizing recruitment campaigns to ensure cadre is filled.
• Managing the performance management process.
• Managing training & development requirements and succession planning.
• Ensuring the payroll and statutory payments are processed on time.
• Maintaining industrial relations and disciplinary management.
• Resenting the company at EFC and labour department meetings.

The selected candidate should meet the following criteria:

• A male below 45 years of age
• A degree or professional qualifications in HRM
• Minimum 8 years’ experience of which 02 years’ in a similar capacity in a reputed organization.
• Exposure in a fast food chain/hotel/garments industry.
• Knowledgeable in security & general administration procedures.
• Strong inter-personal and PR skills
