Production Manager
This opportunity is for an individual with excellent track record in the apparel manufacturing and conversant in all production techniques and norms.
The role will expand to oversee the operations in our other two factories at Pallekeleand Punanai.
Key responsibilities:
• Ensuring high level of co-ordination between factories and the relevant line managers in their respective production units.
• Meeting production targets through maximum utilization of resources with high quality output.
• Effective planning, monitoring and aligning with delivery schedules.
• High level of productivity through application, implementation, evaluation and continues production improvements.
• Managing time and people to on time delivery/shipment.
Operational procedures on Multi Gauge Knitting technology would be an advantage
Age: Below 40 years
Cutting Executive
This role involves in ensuring smooth flow of production through ensuring the availability of cut panels.
Key responsibilities:
• Preparing module-wise cutting plan and daily spreading plan.
• Maintenance of cutting information and AQL reports
• Ensuring the team utilisation along with production planning.
