Job Description:
MBA Two year full time from good institute.
Minimum 15 years of experience needed.
Must have worked in plant environment.
Age preferably below 45 years.
Proficiency in Hindi is a must.
Based out of plant this shall be a generalist profile. the successful candidate shall be the one who has exposure to HR as well as IR in a setup of turnover of Rs 500 crore or more.
Talent Acquisition, compensation, strategy,policy making, Training & Development, Performance Management.
The position shall be based at Indore , report to Head of HR and shall be reported by a team of three.
