Post of Food and Beverage Executive

Food and Beverage Executive, will oversees & Assist the F & B Manager for all F&B operations including Restaurants, Bars, Room Service, Conference & Banqueting and Night Club, Karaoke Bar to ensures quality, and service by performing the following tasks to the highest standards.

Expected Qualifications, Skills and Abilities:

• Manage the Food and Beverage service to consistently meet high standards defined by the Hotel
• Control, effectively, the flow of customers and the interactions between the front- and back-of-house throughout service
• Ensure Team Members maximize all sales opportunities
• A passion for developing others to be part of a. winning team
• Ensure Team Members consistently maintain standards and high levels of customer service
• Handle all customer inquiries in an appropriate and professional manner
• Manage, accurately, all transactions during service
• Manage Team Member schedules, stock, and wastage levels
• Maintain operating procedures and standards
• Preferably a Ceylon Hotel School Graduate / Diploma Holder
• Should be fluent in both written and spoken English
• Previous experience working as a Food & Beverage Executive in a Star Class Hotel
• Good Knowledge about Wine & Cocktails is an asset
