Plant Manager

ADAMJEES is the sole Natural Coconut Oil Manufacturer in Sri Lanka with ISO and SLSI certifications. Coco+, the other pinnacle brand of ADAMJEES is accomplishing greater heights with enormous acceptance and respect of the Sri Lankan consumers.
The company is progressively expanding to other businesses including Coconut/ Animal Feed processing etc.
The incumbent Manager would be responsible for the efficient running of our local & overseas Plants.
He should be a Graduate in Chemical/ Mechanical Engineering, with a fair knowledge in Civil Engineering.
Over 5 years experience in Production Management, Maintenance and experience in Plant erection commissioning work/ Project Management etc. is required.
Applicants with hands on exposure in the Food industry will be an added advantage.
He also should have experience in identifying 8: calling for quotations for suitable machinery, equipment & making recommendations to the Board of Directors.
Excellent communication skills, people management 8: leadership qualities are expected.
Should be familiar with MS Office and Auto CAD.
