Job Description:
– Ensuring collection of Customer Application Form and other mandatory documents at the time of service delivery.
– Approving the customer network diagram
– Carrying out customer site inspections
– Uploading customer documents on Document Management System
– Installations and testing of CPEs at customer end
The nature of basic skills & qualifications required as below
– Carry out IP based testing & analysis of the customer network diagrams.
– IP addresses utilization on the network & assessing its justifications etc.
– Approve the network diagrams.
– Ensure that customer is not misusing the telecom resources.
– Able to use software testing tools like, What’s up Gold, Ethreal Analyzer, Sniffer, Wireshark etc.
– Therefore these persons must have strong engineering background & deep IP networking knowledge.
– Introduction to the Cyber Laws, Cyber Crimes, Digital Forensics, Hacking principles & log Analysis.
Experience : 2 – 4 Years
