– Basic Diploma/Degree in IT Systems
– Ability to understand and troubleshoot Workstations problems
– Skills in the following
– MS Office
– IPv4 configurations
– Basic Domain and LAN/WAN connectivity
– Computer Hardware(Workstations, printers, scanners, switches, 4G) etc.
– Client operating systems Windows 7,8,10 etc.
– Antivirus, NTFS sharing, and system backup
– Basic Knowledge in 0365 tools and apps
