Immediate vacancy exists for the position of Head of Finance Reporting to the General Manager, the Head of Finance will manage and plan the activities of the Finance Department, ensuring that adequate financial
management routines and systems are in place and accounting practices and standards are adhered to in accordance with quality and policy requirements of auditors and the organization.

Key Tasks:

– Maintenance of overall budgets and controls
– Cash flow management and expenditure control.
– Dissemination of up-to-date analysis and financial reports to the General Committee.
– Management of Staff reporting directly to the Finance Department.
– Conduct training in financial management and administrative procedures for Heads of Departments.

The ideal candidate will be a mature individual with a minimum of five years experience at management level and a member of a recognized accounting body. Extensive experience of financial reporting using modern accounting software and systems is essential.

He/she will have the ability to plan for different scenarios in relation to budgets and plans and have proven skills
and experience in re port writing and be fluent in English, both written and verbal .The incumbent of this position
will be entitled to a competitive remuneration package.
