Responsibilities:
• Design Front Ends for web applications and graphics for web/social media platforms
• Implement designs using HTML, CSS and JavaScript
• Developing concepts for various design requirements
Requirements:
• 2+ years experience preferred
• Outstanding web design talent and fluency in HTML5/CSS3
• Proficiency in JavaScript and JavaScript Frameworks (jQuery etc.)
• Excellent proficiency with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator
• Familiarity with responsive/hybrid and/or mobile web design
• Excitement about exploring the latest in web technologies
• Team player who loves to collaborate, brainstorm and problem-solve together but can also work independently
• Working knowledge of accessible design and progressive enhancement principles
• Experience in creating clean, accessible, user-friendly and aesthetically pleasing web interfaces
• Experience with JavaScript MVW Frameworks would be a plus (AngularJS, KnockoutJS etc.)
• Knowledge in WordPress, Joomla, Drupal & Magento or other PHP-based CMS would be a plus
• Experience with all stages of the web app development process: defining requirements, developing wireframes, creating and testing designs, implementation and cross-platform/cross-browser testing. PHP or similar programming experience a definite plus • Creative passion in tandem with practical hands-on implementation skills
• The ideal candidate should be below 26 years with a can do attitude
