Expert with design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Flash to create rich designs
Expert in HTML, XHTML, and CSS 2.0
Creativity is a must, and the ability to create high quality original designs is required
Have experience creating Web 2.0 designs
Exposure to web 2.0, W3C standards, and Rich Internet Applications
Knowledge of creating templates masters in applications like PowerPoint and Word is essential.
