Sous Chef
– Preferably a hotel school Degree / Diploma in professional cookery
– At least three years experience in a star class hotel in a similar position.
– In depth knowledge in menu planning, food cost, hygiene procedures.
– Ability to train and develop staff
– Adequate computer literacy.
– Foreign exposure will be an added advantage
– Willing to work long hours and reside in the hotel.
