Shift Supervisor
Core job responsibilities & requirements:
– Supervise and manage Team Leads and Agents in performing their duties
– Promptly escalate any issues to the designated authority as per the guidelines provided.
– Based on Compliance results, ensure required training activities are conducted without compromising the production levels.
– Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience, preferably in BPO environment
– Sound educational background
Preferred skills:
– Strong communication skills and able to build effective relationship
– Sound IT Skills
– Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
– Detail oriented and organized
