Micro Finance Auditor (Northern & Eastern Province)

We are in search of dynamic and intelligent individual for our company with the following attributes:
Job Profile:
1. Responsible for verification of the authority, authenticity, and accuracy of Micro Finance transactions of the branch network and other business units. 2. Required to travel extensively within the country.
Candidate Profile:
1. Extensive experience in:
a. Customer identification.
b. Credit evaluation.
c. Assessing the feasibility of underlying projects
d. Loan repayment monitoring and follow-up
e. Use of CRIB information for credit evaluation purposes and CRIB reporting
f. Security documentation
g. Monitoring the accuracy and timeliness of cash collections and handing-over at Micro Finance Centres and subsequent banking at Branches
h. Competency in verifying accuracy of Micro Finance accounting entries and periodic management information
i. Hands on experience on debtors ledger updating, balancing and reconciliation
2. Minimum of three years of hands on experience in Micro Finance operation&
3. Knowledgeable in Micro Finance Industry Norms, Business Practices, Statutory and Regulatory requirements.
4. Thorough understanding of associated risks and of the required standard of Internal Control framework in Micro Finance operations.
5. Basic level of Computer literacy.
6. Skills in communication
7. Team Player
8. Ability to speak, read & write Tamil Language will be a distinct advantage
9. Hands on experience in the “Grameen Model” will be a distinct advantage
