Job Description:
Candidate should have experience in Company secretarial matters and also be able to handle company law matters as well as litigations etc. Maintenance of statutory registers under the companies act. Filing of forms with ROC. Preparation of agenda, minutes of board committee general meetings.
Apply due diligence to ensure compliance of all ROC statutory issues. Liaisoning with the directors for conducting board committee meetings. Advise the board and management committees on all statutory and constitutional requirements to ensure that business is conducted in proper and effective manner. Ensure that the organization is conducting its business in accordance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, and follows highest standards of business ethics. Liaison with Govt. officials & statutory bodies on legal issues Draft Agreements and should be able to handle all legal matters with regards to healthcare Industry.
