Job Description:
Should have experience of 3 to 5 years and must handle independently functions related to all legal issues of the company.
Experience in real estate development related projects would be considered.
Shall be exclusively responsible and accountable to coordinate and complete all legal matters with concerned person, advocate & solicitors.
Should have Knowledge in Handling SRA & redevelopment projects.
Should be able to draft sale agreements, affidavits, power of attorney, etc.
Experience : 3 – 8 Years
