Currently working as a Recruiter/ Headhunter in a reputed Non- IT Headhunting profile. MUST have worked on Staffing positions in Middle/ Sr. level in the Engineering/ FMCG/ Manufacturing sectors. Freshers/ IT background candidate not desired. Excellent Communication skill.
Identify the right Resources thru. Portals, Networking, Job Advertisements, Contacts, Headhunting. Understand client management, scrutiny the available candidates, s/list & identify the best suited profiles. Lead & Complete Recruitment Cycle, including followup
