Job Description:
– The Engineer Trainee should learn the Production operations in the factory, to take on the responsibility for parts of Production, post-Training.
– This is an “On-the-Job” position, wherein he is assigned into the daily shop-floor responsibilities, and he should learn on the job.
Duties and Responsibilities:
– To learn on-the-job .
– Production operations/ processes.
– Machinery operation and maintenance.
– Quality standards and conformance.
– Working with Operators, Supervisors and Helpers to get Production output efficiency.
