Quality Engineer

We are looking for an experienced self-motivated person to execute quality improvement activities such as auditing, supplier controlling, shop floor quality controlling, maintaining quality systems of aviation industry design,
manufacturing, and maintenance, etc.
KNSI Aviation Engineering Ltd. is an engineering company based in the Diamond Hangar at Stansted Airport (Head office) and we have three other offices in Ireland, Sri Lanka, and Australia. We are holding UK Civil Aviation Authority
and European Union Aviation Safety Agency approvals (UK CAA Part 21) DOA, EASA Part 21) DOA, Part 21G POA and Part 145 MOA) to provide Design, Production and Maintenance services to aviation industry customers around the world.
Responsibilities
– Assist the Quality Manager with daily activities and quality checks
– Involve with quality controlling tasks in production and maintenance workshops
– Help to carry out Supplier Audits and Evaluations
– Follow up on non-conformance actions
– Reviewing and drafting processes and procedures as required
– Defect investigation to identify and address root cause
– Effective and timely monitoring and status reporting for areas of responsibility
– Continued awareness of external standards and regulatory requirements – any aviation regulatory training required will be provided
– Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Quality Manager
