Luxury boutique hotel located on Kabalana Beach, Ahangama looking for passionate all-rounders in the hospitality field to join our expanding team.
With continued business expansion, a new position of Manager is open for application.
The successful candidate will work with an established team that has grown together based on mutual respect, collaboration, discipline & honesty, hard work, excellent service and a passion for hospitality.
PRE-REQUISITES. Please do not apply if you do not have the following requirements:
Minimum 10 years in a similar capacity and iuxury property. Experience in general hotel operations, reservations and F&B would be an advantage. Maximum 38 years old
Minimum GCE A Levels pass. Full fluency in spoken and written English. Anything less will NOT be considered
Self-starter, humble, energetic and respectful with outgoing personality
Keen eye for details and willingness to learn
Well-presented, clean and customer focused
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word are a must) and reservations
Sri Lankans with international experience are welcomed to apply
Position available immediately
Term: Permanent or minimum one-year contract, good salary and 100% service charge
