– The Human Resources manager essentially heads the HR function and also oversees Learning and Development for staff – managerial, supervisory and line.
– Human Resources activities like contractual agreements, PF and ESI formalities, administration, recruitment and training should be a given in their previous job.
– Strongly recomm an ex-hotelier with 7-10 years of experience.
Candidate Profile:
– Pref a MBA or a Hotel Management Graduate with proven ss and knowledge in the industry.
– Prefer an ex-hotelier with international hotel exposure.
