Females Preferred. PG in HR / MBA (full -time), minimum 2-3 years experience preferred in an Service Industry having worked in a corporate environment for minimum 2-3 years incl. managing administration activities.
Knowledge of employee welfare & compliances.
Responsibilities of a HR Manager:
Responsible for all HR activities for the corporate staff including; Recruitment & Selection of staff
Employee welfare & employee engagement, Performance management, Comp & Ben Management, Organization Development, Internal Control / Compliance etc.
Experience : 2 – 4 years
