Job Description:
The ideal candidate should have a BE degree with a full time MBA in HR IR or MSW. At least minimum 15 years of working in a large manufacturing setup is a must.
He should currently be handling blue collar employees and should have good experience in dealing with multiple labour unions. Knowledge of labour laws is required. Should have demonstrated the capability to lead the employee relations function across multiple locations.
