1. Position: Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Educational Requirements:

The candidate should be CA/ACCA/MBA/M.Com in Finance & Accounting from any reputed University or institute.

Experience Requirements:

Having at least 12-15 years practical experiences in Corporate Finance & Accounts as same position in large reputed multinational companies. Must develop finance organizational strategies by contributing financial and accounting information, analysis and recommendations to strategic thinking and direction; establishing functional objectives in line with organizational objectives. Participate in developing business, specifically: assist the Management in identifying new funding opportunities, the drafting of prospective programmatic budgets, and determining cost effectiveness of prospective service delivery.

2. Position: Manager (Auditor)

Educational Requirements:

The candidate should be CA/ACCA/MBA/M.Com in Finance & Accounting from any reputed University or institute.

Experience requirements:

Having at least 8-10 years practical experiences in Corporate Audit sector as same position in large reputed multinational companies. Candidate will be responsible for organizing and overseeing internal & global audits of the companies in accordance with the annual audit plan, prevention & detection of fraud and error accuracy and completeness of accounting records and procedures and timely preparation of reliable financial statement and also ensure that the system of internal control is sound in designed and promote effectiveness and efficiency of operations and also ensure the financial statement represents true and fair. The Audit Manager will oversee the review process then make any necessary recommendations to change policies, implement new systems or even change employee roles and team structures. The work of an Audit Manager ultimately helps companies fulfill their obligations to international and government compliance.

Additional Skills/Qualifications for both positions:

• Willingness to visit site offices frequently (both Abroad & Bangladesh) as and when required. Able to work under pressure and for long time.
• The incumbent should be dynamic, well organized, self driven & have good personality with leadership skill.
• Skilled in spoken English and report wilting.
• Must have good computer knowledge.
