Software Engineer/Senior Software Engineer – Dynamics CRM (Sri Lanka)

About the Job:
The ideal candidate should possess an excellent knowledge in Dynamics CRM.
Responsibilities Include:
– Communications and client facing
– Ability to direct a team
– Ability to understand requirements and translate them into designs
Experience:
Minimum 3 + years of Software Development experience with 1+ years of experience in dynamics CRM application development
CRM Experience:
– A good understanding of the concepts, terminology and functionality that come OOB including the sales pipeline, Queues, mail Merge, Data Management
– Strong knowledge on customizing CRM solutions including but not limited to Custom Plugins, Custom ISV solutions, using CRM Service and Metadataservice. Plugin Deployment
– A thorough understanding of the Security Concepts
– Experience with Microsoft CRM Outlook component is an added bonus
– An understanding of Document Management using SharePoint
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in IT/Computer Science from a recognized University or Similar qualification
Certification in Microsoft Technologies is a definite plus
