Job Details:

Fresher – Fusion Factor Corporation, a USA based company, is looking for an Experienced Senior SEO Engineer to work at Fusion Factor’s Network Operations Center in Nizampura, Vadodara, Gujarat.

This candidate MUST speak and write fluent ENGLISH, as this position deals with American Customers in the USA. (English speaking and writing exam to be given during interview).

Responsibilities / Objectives:

Keyword Research:

– In-depth research and analysis of finding best keywords for -ed niche.
– Finding buyer group keywords to drive targeted leads.
– Finding geo suitable / local business related keywords.
– Competitor’s keyword analysis.
– Right Keyword Density.

On-Page Optimization:

– Meta Tags analysis and generation.
– Keyword rich visual content, formatting.
– Analysis of page / link structure.
– SEO Opportunity Analysis.
– Title Tag Optimization.
– ALT Tags Optimization.
– Hyperlink Optimization.
– Sitemap Generation.
– XML Sitemap Generation.
– XML Sitemap Submission.
– Making URLs friendly.

Off-Page Optimization:

– All Link Building Activities.
– Local Business Listings and Submissions on Google, Yahoo, Bing.
– Blogs
– Forums
– Article Submissions.
– Social Media Activities.

Google Analytics and Reports:

– Setup and Track Google Analytics.
– Generate Reports.
– Setup and Manage Google Webmaster Account.

Candidate Profile:

– Excellent command of written and spoken English.
– Minimum 5-10 successful SEO projects will be an added advantage.
– Knowledge of latest SEO/SEM trends, methods and best practices..
– Sound knowledge of HTML, JavaScript and CSS.
– Knowledge of PPC – Google Ad words, Google Analytics and Webmaster tool.
– Ability to work independently on projects and also collaborate as a team member.

Personal qualifications :

– Self-motivating combined with proven ability to work well in teams.
– Able to learn quickly and willing to share knowledge.

Desired Skills:

– Hands on optimization; improving site structure, page construction and keyword lists.
– On-page and Off-page optimization of static.
– Developing SEO strategies and initiatives.
