Maintenance Planner
Are you below 35 years of age, self-motivated and committed individual who enjoys working in team? Then you could be the person we are looking for to take up the post of Maintenance Planner.
Your Duties Include:
– Planning, scheduling and executing all kinds of maintenance activities in three bottling lines.
– Conducting maintenance meetings with Production, Quality, Engineering and Procurement staff to get feedback from users in the system and take necessary actions for future planning.
– Fully utilize SAP ERP system for maintenance planning activities.
– Drive plant energy projects along with the teams.
– Evaluating maintenance Key Performance indicators (KPIs) and take necessary actions to align them with group standards.
– Preparing technical drawings using AutoCAD for necessary modifications in the plant.
– Study of the process in the plant is carried out in order to understand the requirement.
– Technical evaluation of procurement documents of technical items with the members of the assigned team.
– Provide necessary technical know-how through the technical training to electrical and mechanical artisans.
– Investigate equipment failures and difficulties to diagnose faulty operation, and to make recommendations to maintenance crew.
Essential Prerequisites:
– BSc. Engineering or National Diploma in Technology (NDT), Higher National Diploma in Engineering (HNDE), Qualification of a Technical Training Institute (TTI) or equivalent qualification with 3 years industrial experience (Specialized in Mechanical or Electrical fields)
– Good knowledge in CAD
– Good Communication skills
– A Sound Knowledge in ERP system would be an added advantage
– Experience in bottling Industry would be an added advantage
