We are looking for a Financial Executive to join our team.
Job Responsibilities:
– Assist to perform accurate and timely month-end closing in line with company policies.
– Preparation of monthly and quarterly financial reports.
– Preparation of monthly detailed profitability report.
– Prepare, monitor and follow up monthly Account Payables and Account Receivables Ageing report.
– Computation of estimate tax for internal reporting.
– Support the budget planning activities.
– Consolidate total company budget plan.
– Prepare audit schedules and liaise with internal auditors for headquarter audit and external auditors for statutory audit.
Job Requirements:
– A minimum of 01 year work experience in the Finance and Accounting field.
– Age below 40
– Partial ACCA (up to level 2) or higher diploma in Accounting or degree in Finance and Accounting experience in fixed Asset management, Inventory Accounting Management and Accounts Payables Management.
– Corporate Tax and GST knowledge.
– Strong numerical and analytical skills and sound Accounting knowledge.
– Well versed in Microsoft Office applications-Excel, Access, PowerPoint and Word.
– Able to communicate and work with people from various cultural backgrounds.
– Able to work independently and in a team.
– Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
