– Experience in new product development of hydraulic elements such as pump & valves. Development using CAD tools such as Solid work
– Exposure to analysis package such as cosmos is an added advantage
– Strong innovative, concept designing and decision making skills
– Excellent communication and presentation skills
– Exposure to hydraulics & pneumatics will be an added advantage.
– Willingness to travel to worldwide Lincoln Units for training.
