KEY JOB ROLE
– Handing import purchasing & contracts
– Import purchase order placing and supplier coordination
– import shipment handling and coordination with shipping line/clearing agent etc.
– Bank Coordination part for import documentation
– Letter Writing (Both Sinhala & English)
REQUIREMENTS
– Ability to handle business correspondence independently.
– Ability to perform multiple tasks effectively.
– Writing skills includes project reports & feasibility reports
– Fair knowledge on accounting/double entry principles
– Good Communication skills in both English & Sinhala.
– Should Possess minimum 03 years working experience.
– Between the age of 25 — 40 years, (Female Candidate Preferred) residing in Gampaha District.
– Experience as an administrator will be an added advantage.
– Hands-on experience in MS Office packages & ability to work independently and as a team
– Willing to work long hours when it arises.
– Apperson with sound PR and interpersonal skills
