Lankapuvath National News Agency is seeking a highly motivated full time Trainee-English Journalist with an investigative and inquisitive mind, who is a self-starter and superbly skilled at picking up on news trends and tracking down the right sources that can either validate, refute or help add insight and color to said trends.
Job Description:
• Responsible for translating Sinhala articles and writing in English content
• Interest in media happenings, news updates and curious about general knowledge topics
• Good command of Sinhala and English
• Work with a team to ensure all tasks are delivered on time, and willingness to work overtime and weekends
