The company is seeking for experienced, dynamic, result oriented Management & Sales Professionals to join our team in the following capacities preferably with previous Food industry or FMCG related experience.

Sales Manager

We are looking for a well experienced, dynamic individual to develop and spearhead the Marketing & Sales Team.

• Minimum 5 Years Managerial & Food Industry or FMCG Sales & Marketing related experience.
• Ability to successfully market all products of the company through Modern Trade, identified ‘A’ Grade General Trade, Other Channels and set up a Distribution Channel.
• Self-motivated & target oriented individual with proven Management & Team leading experience.
• Set, monitor and achieve Sales Targets.
• Planning and executing Business Development activities & marketing promotional activities.
• Recognized professional qualifications in Sales & Marketing. (CIM/SLIM or Degree in Marketing)
• Excellent communication skills in oral and written in English Sinhala or Tamil and good interpersonal skills.
• Participate in International Trade Shows and Exhibitions.
• Age below 45 years would be preferable.

Sales Executives

This job is only for those who have a flair and passion for Sales and we are looking for smart, competent, result oriented Sales Executives to join our team.

• A strong background in Sales with a minimum of 3 Years Sales related experience in the Industry or FMCG sector with a proven track record & integrity.
• Possess a talent for Sales and able to generate new business & achieve sales targets.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Sinhala or Tamil is essential.
• Strong negotiation skills with a passion for building good customer relationships.
• Should be active, energetic persons with part qualifications in CIM or SLIM.
• Ability to work independently and travel extensively to prospect business.
• Should possess a valid Riding License.
• Age below 35 years would be preferable.

Marketing Coordinators

The job involves communicating with Overseas suppliers, Assisting, Coordinating with the Sales & Marketing Team, Liaising with research, Advertising Agency, Conducting promotions and maintain a good rapport with all Supermarkets & Sales Channels.

• The ideal candidates should be very energetic, pleasant persons with a positive attitude.
• Self-motivated individuals with ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication skills in oral and written in English Sinhala or Tamil with excellent Interpersonal skills & Presentation Skills.
• Good academic credentials supported by part or full qualification in CIM/SLIM.
• Interest in Brand Development, Sales & Marketing including Social and Digital Marketing would be advantageous.
• Organizing & coordinating Advertising Campaigns & Promotions at identified Supermarkets & other relevant locations depending on the Brands.
• Should be proficient in MS Office Packages.
• Age below 30 years would be preferable.
