The above vacancy needs to be filled immediately
Location –Hambantota / Mattala Areas Only
Responsibilities:
– Managing the team roster
– Ensure processes are followed.
– Participate in monthly review meetings
– Be the primary technical contact for the customer.
– Coordinate with vendors, second level technical teams, service providers for escalations and issue.
– Providing guidance for Configuring, Troubleshooting, Implementing & Monitoring Network & Security devices 365x24x7 On-call
Requirements:
Qualifications:
– BSc. In Networking /Computer Science /Electronics /Electrical /Communications.
– A minimum of CCNP certification or equivalent
Experience:
– At least 2 years hands-on experience in Cisco Networking, Security & Telephony technologies.
– Experience in leading a technical team.
Competencies:
– Industry experience within a similar capacity and sound background knowledge in networking and/or telecommunications with good analytical skills are required.
– Leadership skills.
– Fluency in written and spoken English is a must.
– Good communication skills & people skills is a must.
Other:
– Should reside within close proximity to Hambantota / Mattala (Approx within a radius of 15 km).
– Should be prepared to travel /work during anytime of the day.
