Head of Cutting
Skills Required:
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and team skills
• Ability to work in a target driven environment
Experience:
• 10-15 years of experience in a cutting operation
• Strong technical expertise in cutting
• Experience in maintaining highest standards in cutting
• Broad understanding of the manufacturing operation
Technical Expert – Sewing
Skills Required:
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and team skills
• Excellent Problem solving skills
Qualifications:
• Degree or Professional qualifications in relevant field
Experience:
• 10-15 wars of experience in a similar environment (Sewing Bras, Underwear, Woven Pants and T-shirts)
• Strong technical expertise in sewing
• Experience in maintaining highest standards in sewing
• Experience following standard practices across all units in the organization
