We have an opportunity for a Trainee / Associate SAP Basis Consultant in our Midas Strategic IT division.
Primary Responsibilities:-
* Support day-to-day operations of SAP infrastructure and systems.
* Administration of SAP users, authorization and printers.
* Apply changes and transports accordance with established policies and procedures.
* Identify technical infrastructure requirement for SAP projects.
* Install, configure, monitor and improve SAP infrastructure and systems.
* Implement, monitor and test SAP backup and recovery.
* Develop best practices and procedures to manage the SAP infrastructure and systems.
* Verify and implement service providers recommendations.
* Manage SAP related software logistics and licensing.
* Coordinate with other regional teams to resolve issues and complete project activities.
Required Education:-
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
* A professional designation in technical field would be an added advantage.
Desired Experience / Skills:
– Minimum 2 years of system administration experience with multiple applications, operating systems and databases.
– Work experience in multiple server, storage, and LAN/WAN hardware architectures.
– Prior SAP BASIS experience would be an advantage.
– Effective verbal and written communication is required with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and quality.
