Sales Executives – Island Wide

Major Job Responsibility:

Marketing of company products to achieve set sales targets and increase market share

Q1ahficafions/ Experience / Skills and Other Requirements:

– Should have completed G.C.E. O/L.
– Energetic, enthusiastic and Willing to Work hard.
– Flair for sales with good communications skills.
– O1 – 02 years experience in the field of sales with proven performance record.
– Below 30 years of age.
– Valid motorcycle riding license.

Trainee Sales Executives – Island Wide (School Leavers)

Selected candidates will undergo training and Work towards increasing company sales While achieving sales targets and communicating effectively with customers so as to increase customer base.

Qualifications/ Skills and Other Requirements:

– Should have completed G.C.E. O/L
– Candidates must be positive, energetic. self driven and have a good personality’ with a flair for selling and good communication skills.
– Below 25 years of age.

Marketing Executives – Corporate Sector

Major Job accountabilities and Primary duties

– Highly’ self motivated dynamic individual with a natural flair for acquiring and managing high net-Worth corporate customers with excellent interpersonal communication and presentation skills coupled with drive and determination to exceed the given monthly sales and revenue targets consistently
– Managing and growing Lanka Bell account share continuously and weakening competitor share in the assigned and acquired corporate accounts effectively and efficiently.
– Develop and maintain favorable business relationships With new and existing clients in order to retain and increase revenue
– Ensure that organizational products, solutions and services consistently exceed./ meet client requirements.
– Proactively identify potential revenue opportunities Within the assigned customer base.
– Coordinate with relevant departments Within Lanka Bell ‘to ensure timely completion of Installation to customers satisfaction and continuity of services With minimum down time.
– Gathering and providing market information / competitor activity in the assigned focused industries including timely preparation of reports.
– Ensure the timely monthly bill payments of the allocated customer base.

Skills Requirement:

– Have excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
– Be self motivated. results oriented. good follow-up and task completion skills
– Ability to manage multiple tasks
– A good team player with excellent public relations skills
– Ability to Work under tremendous pressure Whilst meeting tight deadlines.

Qualifications/ Skills and Other Requirements

– Should have passed G.C.E. (O/ L) with a credit pass in English and Mathematics
– CIM-(UK) / SLIM qualifications or an equivalent professional qualification from a recognized body would be a distinctive advantage.
– Preferably below 30 years of age
– Valid motorcycle ridi11g lice11se
– Willi11g to Work flexible/extended hours

Experience Requirement:

– 1-2 years field selling experience to high end corporate customers in a similar industry With a prove11 track record of significant sales achievements.
