– Should be a B.E-Electrical/Mechanical or Diploma with 15 yr exp
– Should posses overall 8-10 yrs exp in which a minimum of 3 yrs exp in operation & Maintenance of facilities like BPO’s/Data center management/Large IT/ITES / Hotels facilities
– Should be able diagnose and rectify major/minor faults in Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing etc
– Should be able contribute in initiatives like Energy, Water savings and Waste reduction
– Good leadership qualities
– Command over PC literacy
– Good communications skills
– Salary will be negotiable
